Venues can list today · Organizer booking coming soon

The new standard for booking spaces.

Venues open their slow hours and set the price: lower when it's quiet, higher when it's busy. Organizers book the space and the time block they need.

How it works

From empty hours to a booked room

  1. 1

    Venues open their slow hours

List a Space, add photos, and mark the hours it's free to book.

  2. 2

    Venues set the price

Rates can change by the hour: lower when it's quiet, higher when it's busy.

  3. 3

    Organizers book a block

Pick a time block. Instant Spaces confirm straight away; request Spaces answer within 24 hours.

Pricing

Prices that follow the clock

Each block is compared with that Space's own usual price, so you can tell a bargain from a premium at a glance, without doing the math.

Off-peak

Cheaper than this Space usually costs. Quiet hours the venue wants to fill.

Standard

The usual price. No label on a Space card, because there's nothing to flag.

Peak

Busier than usual, so priced higher. You'll always see the word, never just a color.

You set the rate Venues price every block themselves.
